Sunny x Kuma

Sunny had her litter of puppies late in the evening of December 23rd, 2025. She had 6 gorgeous puppies, 4 girls and 2 boys. Mom and babies are doing great! All of the puppies are growing and meeting developmental milestones right on target. They received early neurological stimulation (ENS) from days 3-16 of life, as these exercises are shown to improve blood pressure, heart rate, and stress responses throughout the entire life of the puppy. The puppies opened their eyes on the second week of January and then quickly learned how to walk and run! They are practicing their adorable vocalizations and play skills in the weaning pen, which is a larger space that is full of toys for learning and play. They are mostly eating softened puppy food now although occasionally still nursing from mom at 4 weeks of age.
The puppies are named after reindeer because of their arrival right before Christmas. Check them out below!

These puppies will be ready to go to their forever homes the week of February 17th.

Sunny’s puppies are doing extremely well, growing and changing each day. This week the puppies are beginning to eat puppy mush while they slowly wean from nursing. They are being exposed to new sights and sounds daily and working on startle recovery to develop great resilience.

Blitzen

Sunny’s puppies are thriving at 4 weeks old! They have graduated from the whelping box to the much larger weaning pen. The puppies are now in the living room so that they are exposed to the sights and sounds of the household and will not find those frightening later on - the blender, the doorbell, and the sound of clattering dishes are not a problem for these happy pups. They have learned to run, pick up and carry toys, and play with each other all within the past week. They are working on early problem solving skills such as climbing over a low barrier to get to their food dish to set them up for a lifetime of confidence. They also learned about training treats this week - small balls of soft cheese that they will use to learn very early training skills next week! They are very nearly weaned from nursing as they eat softened puppy food 3-4 times per day and only “comfort” nurse with mom Sunny about twice per day. Sunny is enjoying showing these cuties how to play with toys and each other.

Lilo x Kuma

Lilo had her litter of puppies on the afternoon of December 30th, 2025. She had 4 snuggly puppies, 3 girls and 1 boy. Lilo and the puppies are all doing very well, her puppies are growing quickly and love to cuddle up just like their mom. Each puppy received early neurological stimulation (ENS) from days 3-16 of life, as these exercises are shown to improve blood pressure, heart rate, and stress responses throughout the entire life of the puppy. At three weeks old, their eyes are open and they are beginning to toddle!
The puppies are named after all the ingredients to a great New Years Eve party! Check them out below!

These puppies will be ready to go to their forever homes the week of February 25th.

Lilo’s puppies are doing great! They are growing and learning each day. They all have their eyes open and are getting better at “toddling” every time they are awake. They are starting the weaning process by eating a little bit of puppy “mush” twice a day in addition to nursing. They are working on startle recovery with “scary” sounds such as the vacuum cleaner or hair dryer to develop a lifetime of confidence.
